Cancellation & refund policy.

Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. Use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule directly.

Cancellations (24+ hours notice)

Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session start time.

Late Cancellations (<24 hours)

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. You are welcome to reschedule instead.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Depending on the payment processor configured, PayPal may also be available.
Do I pay before or after the session?
Payment is collected at the time of booking, prior to the session. This confirms your time slot and ensures the session is fully prepared for you. The discovery call is always free—no payment required.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through PCI-compliant, industry-standard processors (Stripe or PayPal). Kappa Koffee never stores your card information directly.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes. You'll receive an automatic email receipt immediately upon payment, along with your booking confirmation details.
Can I purchase a package or bundle of sessions?
Bundled packages are available for clients interested in ongoing coaching. Reach out via the contact page to inquire about custom package pricing.
